General Remarks
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all deliveries and
performances for companies and legal entities. All exceptional agreements require our
written confirmation. Our offers are not binding and not obligatory. Small deviations and
technical changes shown on illustrations or descriptions are possible.
Prices
Prices stated on our website are EURO prices. The value added tax is not included in the
prices and will be charged separately. VAT registered customers in the EU (excluded Germany)
and customers outside the European Union will not be charged VAT. By latest actualization
of our website all earlier prices as well as data concerning articles become invalid. The
current version of our website is valid on receipt of the order.
Order and contract agreements
After customer has placed an order, he will receive a valid confirmation. With this order
confirmation the order is binding.
Payment
The amount of the bill has to be paid in advance by bank credit transfer or PayPal. The
payment is acknowledged as soon as it has been credited to our bank account or PayPal
account.

Forwarding expenses and supply
The forwarding expenses for a RM 1 within Germany is indicated in our valid price list.
For deliveries to foreign countries, please inquire the valid forwarding expenses
before placing the order. The package will be insured and supplied by DPD or GLS
(Global Parcel) to the address given by the customer. As soon as the forwarding agent
takes the package over, all shipping risks are carried by the customer.
Guarantee
The duration of the guarantee is limited to one year. It starts with the day of delivery.
Warranty claims can only be accepted, if the defect doesn't result from natural wear,
inappropriate use or abuse. The customer is obligated to indicate obvious defects or faulty
deliveries in written form within 8 working-days after receiving RM 1. Hidden defects have
to be reported immediately after notification and within the period of guarantee given.
Property reservation
Product remain our property till the complete payment is booked accordingly.
Refusal of order
In case the customer refuses an order; we reserve the right to pass on all additional
expenses.
Place of shipping and delivery, legal venue, choice of law
The place of shipping and delivery is Muennerstadt; the legal venue is Bad Kissingen. The
law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. The United Nations Convention
of Contracts for International Sales is not applicable.
